Your passionate teacher, Jutta, will guide you through the exercises and teach you how and when to use them in your daily life, and you will experience first hand the positive effects during the workshop.
Hormone Yoga is suitable for women of all ages, with or without yoga experience. It is especially suited to women experiencing menopause and wishing to conceive.

In 2010 Jutta studied Hormone Yoga® with Dinah Rodriguez and became a qualified practitioner of this therapy, which helps the changing female body.
